Shortcodes and U‑M treasury certified.

For our U‑M partners, we accept shortcodes and no deposits are required. And we’re U‑M treasury certified—which means we can legally and securely manage credit card transactions and accept electronic payments.

Free Registration

For events that do not charge an admission fee.

  • A 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  (EST) helpline
  • One user has access to backend data
  • Confirmation email
  • Two standard reports to track registrants and payments
  • Incomplete registration information for follow up
  • One time standard form creation fee: $100
  • Our fee per registrant: $0

Basic Registration

All of the services in Free Registration, plus:

  • Two users have access to backend data
  • Process registrations by credit card, check, and shortcode (credit card fees will apply)
  • Custom branded confirmation emails
  • Opportunity for custom discount/promo codes
  • Custom created reports like rosters, payment summaries, and more
  • CES Conference Manager assigned to guide client through registration process
  • Easy refund process that will adhere to your refund policies
  • One time custom branded form creation fee: $250
  • Our fee per registrant: $8

Full Registration

Includes all services in Basic Registration, plus:

  • Custom branded name badges for all registrants
  • Four hours (consecutive) of onsite registration support
  • Our fee per registrant: $20
