All room rates are per night. Guests of the university will be assessed a university-sanctioned facility use fee for residence hall room rental. This fee of 10% of the nightly room rate will be assessed and added to your balance.

Payment is required upon submission of registration. Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Payments will appear as a charge from Conference Services. Your credit card will be charged at the time you complete your online registration.
Participants will make their own reservations using their conference/program link below. Online room reservations will remain active until the block is filled or two weeks prior to the program start date, whichever occurs first. Full payment is required at the time of reservations; Conference and Event Services does not provide roommate matching or payment shares. All rooms must be paid with a credit card.
Please note: When you click on your conference/program link below, you will be prompted to create an account, with an email and password, through IRIS, the University of Michigan’s secure website. Check In & Check out
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Special arrangements must be made in advance if you plan to arrive outside of normal office hours (Daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm). Special check-in/check-out arrangements shall be at the discretion of Conference & Event Services staff unless otherwise specified in contract. Any holdover beyond the check-out time will be subject to an additional day’s rate.
After Hours Check In
For guests checking in between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am please call Housing Security at (734) 763-1131 to be let into the building. Upon entry please go to the Community Center and call (415) 937-8052 for the on-duty staff member. The on-duty staff member will then come to the Community Center to guide you through the check-in process.
No Show/Cancellation/Refund Policy
If participants fail to show up for their reservation and/or do not cancel 72 hours prior to the day of their arrival, no refund for their stay will be issued. Substitute participants are not permitted unless we are notified at least 72 hours before the start of the reservation. Additionally, no refunds will be issued if a participant checks-in and does not stay for the duration on their reservation.
Conference and Event Services does not sell parking permits for summer guests. Parking tickets received are the responsibility of the owner. Learn more about parking in Ann Arbor
Participants will be provided with a linen packet containing sheets, towel, pillow, blanket, body wash, and shampoo/conditioner. Beds are not made prior to arrival and is the responsibility of each guest. Participants will receive an exchange of linens if they are staying 7 days or longer. No exchanges will be made if stay is shorter than 7 days.
Residence Halls have wireless access to the internet. Directions to gain access will be provided to each participant at check-in.
